По управляемости на снегу нет равных покрышкам от Dunlop и Pirelli. Чуть хуже (на пять с минусом) ведут себя покрышки Michelin, затем идут покрышки производства GoodYear и Continental. Покрышкам от Bridgestone и Nokian можно поставить твердую четверку. Тройку зарабатывает японские шины Тоуо, а тройку с большой натяжкой — шины от Fulda.
При торможении опять на первом месте стоит Dunlop. Эти покрышки показали самый малый тормозной путь при скорости 50 км/ч — всего 23,5 метра. Твердую пятерку можно также поставить шинами GoodYear — на них машина замедляется так же хорошо, как и на Dunlop. Pirelli заслуживают пять с минусом, а вот покрышки от Michelin заработали только твердую четверку. Чуть хуже (немного длиннее тормозной путь) ведет себя резина Тоуо и Bridgestone (четыре с минусом), а вот Nokian и Fulda по этой дисциплине заработали лишь тройку — по сравнению с Dunlop тормозной путь длиннее на полтора метра.
