Как уже было отмечено, одна музыка помогает расслабиться, следовательно, притупляет реакцию. Слушать ее во время вождения не следует. Если кому-то на радиостанции приспичило ее поставить в час пик, лучше перейдите на другую волну. Чтобы не дать себе заснуть, нужно слушать в меру ритмичную музыку. Если темп музыки превышает 60 «ударов» в секунду, то у человека повышается давление и сердцебиение, в результате снижается реакция.
Громкая музыка снижает реакцию на 20 %. Считаем, если у вас время реакции 1 секунда, то 20 % — это 0,2 секунды, при скорости 80 км/ч = 4,4 метра. Неплохо, да? Оказывается, все ваши сабвуферы и усилители — это выброшенные с точки зрения безопасности движения на ветер деньги.
