На перекрестке можно ехать прямо, налево или направо. Так вот, если вы собираетесь ехать налево или направо, то должны уступить дорогу пешеходам, пересекающим дорогу, на которую вы поворачиваете. Обычно дорогу пешеходам уступают только в случае, если есть обозначенный переход. Однако даже если его нет, вы обязаны уступить дорогу. Как обязаны уступить ее и велосипедистам, которые пересекают дорогу по велосипедной дорожке, если таковая имеется. Не знали? А ведь это есть в Правилах (п. 13.1)!

На мой взгляд, это самый простой способ парковки — требуется меньше выравнивать машину и под углом заехать проще, чем перпендикулярно, поскольку требуется меньше пространства. Если вы освоили перпендикулярную парковку (по сути, это тоже парковка под углом, только угол равен 90°), то без проблем справитесь и с парковкой под углом.
