Количество автомобилей в городах стремительно растет. Да, уровень жизни поднимается, и сейчас позволить автомобиль себе может почти каждый — было бы желание. Состоятельные граждане покупают новые авто, имеющие денег меньше, но при стабильном доходе, берут авто в кредит (сейчас эта процедура упрощена до безобразия). Те, у кого денег совсем мало, покупают колымаги за пару тысяч долларов. Я бы сказал, что сейчас наблюдается некий автомобильный бум. Но ведь города строились давно, когда транспортная ситуация была совсем иная, поэтому сегодня, несмотря на постоянное расширение дорог, места на них катастрофически не хватает. Отсюда и пробки — нормальное явление современного города.
